Impetus appoints new Interim CEOPosted on 25th February 2013 by Impetus
The Board of Trustees of Impetus is delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Reddaway as Interim CEO. Julia, who formally takes up the role on 2 April 2013, will be covering for the permanent CEO, Jo Ivens, for the period of her maternity leave.
Julia has over 20 years experience in the voluntary and public sectors, much of it within Brighton & Hove. She brings strong leadership and strategic skills to our organisation at a time when the sector and environment are in a state of considerable change. Julia’s abilities and energy are a great fit for Impetus and will enable us to respond positively to the changes and opportunities which lie ahead.
2013-14 will be another big year for Impetus as we ensure the smooth transfer of the Volunteer Centre and the Performance Development Scheme to the new lead infrastructure organisation in Brighton & Hove, and continue to develop our own community of projects providing high quality support for vulnerable adults.
