Democracy Day

Posted on 24th September 2010 by

Marie and I ran a workshop at Democracy Day on volunteering. There was a lot of interest in the role of volunteering within the Big Society policy initiative. The City Volunteering Strategy does speak to many of the opportunities in the Big Society agenda so our work on this is very timely for the sector. I recommend reading the briefings that are produced by Urban Forum.
