We help

People with Asperger's & Autism

We support adults with Asperger syndrome, high-functioning autism and similar social issues through mentoring and group activities.

People with Learning Disabilities

We provide advocacy, support, information and training services to adults with learning disabilities.

Older People & People with Physical Disabilities

We work with local volunteers to support older people, people with physical disabilities and carers.

People who need Support with Volunteering

We help people with a variety of support needs including learning disabilities and mental health issues to volunteer, and support organisations to host volunteers.

Other ways we help

Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS)

We are a free and independent service that can help you make a complaint about your National Health Service (NHS) care or treatment.

Lay Assessors Scheme

We recruit volunteers to visit people at home to discuss the care they receive.

Community Navigators

We make it easier to access local healthcare services by recruiting volunteers to become Community Navigators.

How you can support us

We always welcome new volunteers. You can also donate directly to us.
